The All-Clad Stainless collection features 18/10 cooking surfaces with hand polished, mirror finished exteriors. It is constructed with a three-ply bonded design that incorporates an aluminum center core placed between stainless steel.

Usage:
This collection is magnetic which means it will work with induction cooktops as well as other traditional cooktop types. The Stainless Collection is oven and broiler safe. Nonstick items are not broiler safe, but can be put in the oven up to 500°F. This set can be used with metal, plastic or wood utensils. With Non-stick pieces it is recommended to use wood or plastic utensils.

Cleaning and Care:
Before the first use of this line be sure to handwash the cookware in hot soapy water with a non caustic sponge or cloth. After washing always be sure to dry immediately to prevent spotting. All-Clad Stainless is dishwasher safe.
